Awakened Leadership

Awakened leadership is about transmitting a clear purpose from deep within you to those that trust and follow you.
The whole world is in transition. We need leaders who are not just emotionally intelligent, but who are able to embrace the unknown.
Leadership is not just about solving problems that arise in your organization. It’s also about looking deeply within yourself to solve the problems that arise within you.
Overcoming ChallengesAny individual or organization has to face both external and internal challenges.
You recognize the external challenges. They’re obvious. They may include communicating effectively with employees, board members, and investors. They might be solving complex problems about the product or service you offer under intense pressure. Usually, it’s a volatile mix of everything at once.
Internal challenges are not always so obvious. They show up as unbalanced behaviors like excessive anger, anxiety, exhaustion, physical illness or chronic pain.
Unchecked, these problems lead to poor communication, damaged relationships, and burnout.
In the work of Awakened Leadership, we attend to the nuts and bolts of running the show, but also uncover the internal dysfunction within you that will eventually show up in the people who rely on you.
When we become aware how our own conditioning is transmitted through our leadership, we are able to see situations more clearly, process challenges more efficiently, and maintain healthy relationships that are vital to a strong and prosperous organization.
What Makes Us Different?Awakened Leadership requires wakefulness on all levels of being. To stay on top of our game, we must attend to our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirit on a regular basis.
If any of these areas are neglected, the whole system suffers. This is true for both individuals as well as organizations. As leaders, we must embody what we want to see in our teams, communities, and families.
We will work together on each of these levels to find the weaknesses and strengthen them.
